Randall Gerber, Founder/CEO

Randy has been involved in marketing for more than three decades, offering strategic communications guidance, message development, creative copywriting and marketing project management to organizations from regional nonprofits to health care systems and national brands, such as USAir, Frito-Lay and General Motors.

As a result of his work, Gerber was honored with the U.S. Small Business Administration’s “Innovation” award.

As a senior public affairs executive for CIGNA, one of the nation’s largest health care companies, Gerber worked in Washington, D.C., on national health policy and financial and corporate communications.

Gerber has become an expert in the area of Social Media – using tools, such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube – to tell the story of various clients.

With the advent of “content marketing,” Gerber is currently writing online blogs for two large health systems on both coasts. Together, they have nearly 50 hospitals. An online blog written by Gerber was named the “Best in the Carolinas” by a regional marketing group. Gerber has also managed marketing projects for nearly a dozen hospitals from Chicago to Orlando and Stamford, CT.

Gerber has seen global issues close-up by traveling to Guatemala on a medical mission. He produced a documentary on that trip that the sponsoring organization has successfully used for fundraising.

Gerber graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kent State University, worked in TV News and served as Executive Producer of a Public TV Station before forming his own strategic communications firm.
